Q: Who Is Jesse K Photography + Film?
Hi! My name is Jesse Harmeyer, founder and photographer/videographer of Jesse K Photography + Film.
I am a solo photographer with a passion to capture those details and memories of whatever comes your way. I specialize in wedding photography and film, engagement, family and portrait sessions.
I have years of experience with photography and media production. Formally served in the church setting with the audio and visuals then transitioned in creating live production setups. I have been able to learn and grow my knowledge in skills to best serve you and your needs.
In my free time, I love spending time with my wife and extended family on the weekends. Doing anything recreational, from camping to hiking to spending a day out on the lake. If it’s outside, I’m there.
Q: What are the benefits of a second shooter?
The day is full of memories and you want to capture as much of the day as possible.
A second shooter is tasked with capturing those in-the-moment shots that you will love looking back at after the BIG day.
They also assist the main photographer is organization and making sure the day runs smoothly on our end.
Second shoots are hired on an as needed basis and are never guaranteed.
Q: What are your travel costs?
Jesse K Photography + Film is ready to travel. There is a flat $50 travel fee that is applied to any location outside a 50mil radius. Any mile beyond the travel radius within the state of Indiana is charged at an a 0.25C per mile. (ex. location is 60 miles = 50+(10mi*0.25) = $52.50 travel cost charged).
Q: What if my destination is outside Indiana?
Jesse K Photography + Film would be happy to talk about what options are available to capture your special day if the desired location is outside Indiana.
If your event is outside of driving distance flights and hotels may be added to your package.
Q: Does Jesse K Photography + Film offer discounts?
Jesse K Photography + Film occasionally will offer promotional offers on Instagram and Facebook. Make sure to like and follow to keep up-to-date with any offers throughout the year.
Q: Is the cost worth it?
Investment as defined by Webster dictionary is “the action or process of investing money for profit or material results.” Hiring Jesse K Photography + Film for your wedding, engagement, family or senior session you are investing in capturing memories that will last a life time. Every session is different and I want to be able to provide above excellence service to you. Through personalized services, professional interactions and a genuine passion for sharing your story, the results are going to be well worth the cost.
Q: Do you offer drone services?
Yes! Jesse K Photography + Film is excited to offer aerial services! You have the option to add it to any package offered and is already included in most packages. Jesse K Photography + Film is a certified drone pilot (sUAS Part 107) so rest assured that the services provided will be taken with the highest quality and Safety in mind

Having been apart of multiple weddings, in different capacities and even having a wedding of my own, one starts to observe things in the wedding industry. Q: What happens if something happens to you?
Once we finalize that we are good fit and your event day is available, you will receive a contract that outlines all my policies, including, what happens if I become unavailable due to circumstances out of my control.
Q: What can I expect on my special day?
You are going to have memories, memories, and more memories! Leave capturing those memories for myself and my team on your special day and enjoy creating those memories. Each session is special and weddings are no exceptions. Jesse K Photography + Film has had the opportunity to be apart of some amazing weddings, big and small. With your wedding, you can expect a professional, yet fun photographer/videographer who will show up early and be one of the past person to leave (depending on which package you choose of course :)). I will get out on the dance floor, I will get on my knees to make sure the dress is perfect for the shot, come prepared with poses, personalized meetings before your special day and as the couple, you have direct access to me anytime throughout the process to ask questions.

Q: Do you take credit card/debit card for down payments?
Yes! Jesse K Photography + Film is excited to a fully digital onboarding process. From digital brochures, communication, contracts, deliverables and acceptable forms of payment:
